INFORMATIVE NOTE
Pursuant to art. of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("general regulation on data protection", hereinafter "Regulation") we inform you that the personal data provided by users of the site who submit requests through the "Request Information" page or through the e-mail address published on the site will be used for the sole purpose of satisfying the requests themselves, based on art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations. We also inform you that only the data indicated as mandatory are required; defect, it will not be possible for us to provide feedback. Personal data may be accessible and processed by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of the processing, as well as by any third parties, appointed external data processors, who support the Data controller in the management of the website and of the sales management software); the data will not be disclosed. The data collected in this way will be kept exclusively to meet the obligations under art. 2214 of the civil code. The users of the site, in their capacity as interested parties, are recognized the rights referred to in articles 7 of the Code and 13, paragraph 2, lett. b) of the Regulations and, among these, the right to ask the data controller to access personal data, correct or delete the same personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning them or to oppose their processing , as well as the right to obtain information on the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of collection and to obtain the cancellation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, by addressing requests to OPAlbenga Soc.Coop. Agr. as Data Controller, to the email address info@opalbenga.com or by sending a registered letter to the Data Controller, at the registered office located in Via Gin Noberasco 14 - Albenga (SV).
